We are an animal welfare organization dedicated to expanding access to compassionate veterinary care for underserved dogs and cats. Through spay/neuter, vaccines, wellness services, humane euthanasia, and critical medical support, we help animals in Central Oregon and beyond, improving their health, reducing suffering, and creating healthier communities for both people and pets.

Our Mission:

The Rawley Project is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal welfare organization dedicated to expanding access to compassionate veterinary care for underserved dogs and cats. Through our programs, including FIXbend in Central Oregon and El Proyecto Pancho in Mexico, we provide affordable spay/neuter services, vaccines, wellness care, dental care, and other essential veterinary services that improve the health and well-being of animals and the communities they live in.

We believe that every animal deserves access to quality veterinary care, regardless of circumstance. By reducing barriers to veterinary services, preventing unnecessary suffering, and addressing pet overpopulation through humane, high-quality medicine, we create lasting, positive change both locally and globally. We are committed to operating with compassion, integrity, transparency, collaboration, and innovation. Together, we can make a difference.
